Terrible how can you get an order so wrong. Asked for NO ice, got ice. Friend wanted a Storm Flake, we did not get a storm of any kind. I ordered a plant based burger got Beef (was is a plant based wrapper) So we only had COLD chips. And the delivery driver rang the bell when we asked for it to be left a the door, and not to ring the bell.

Ethan the manager today would rather argue with his customers then allow them to get what they paid for. He makes for a terrible experience, even goes and moans to his staff in the view & ear shot of the customer. x3 incorrect burgers given, over 10min wait & they still cant read an online order for pickup. Great service, extremely quick with orders. Got my order after about 90 seconds of the order. Fresh and hot during the lunch period. And also had a great interaction with the manager Ethan helping my work colleague and I with the Hungry Jacks app. Always coming here for lunch breaks through the drive through and normally out within 3 minutes.
