I eat a burger and chips maybe every 6 months. I visited Gawler Hungry Jacks for a quick bight on the way home. Had been here once before when it was quite new. It is no longer new, it is well worn, especially the toilets which I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting. One word comes to mind, disgusting. Not sure if it is appropriate to post a photo of a dirty old broken toilet but I think they need to be shamed into providing atleast clean rest rooms. No hand wash, the bracket still attached to the wall. No wonder Covid is transmitted easily. However, the burger and fries were as good as I’ve had anywhere. Zoom in on the picture if you dare.

I live in city and went first time here, after getting my order from drive thru, got Salt less chips, I went back to replace then she added too much salt only on top intentionally. Behaved so much rudely n all other hungry jacks in the Adelaide are best one but didn’t expected this worst experience from this one.

I usually go through the drive-thru for just one or two items. I did come here for dinner with my husband and 2 children one night after running errands. I was a little annoyed at how they very clearly prioritise Menu Log and Uber Eats meals. It took considerably longer than I feel it should have to receive our food.

This has to be the worst hungry jacks in adelaide, I don’t think they have ever got an order correct sometimes it’s just something simple that I wouldn’t care about normally but it’s just so often with this place. Definitely check your bag before you leave because I promise you something will be missing from your order

A massive shoutout to the gentleman that cleans the outside of the store and puts stock away during the day (everyday) your hard work doesn’t go un noticed and I always see him working harder then anyone I’ve seen work here at this store, big thumbs up and definitely deserves a raise!!!!

Yesterday I thought I’d grab some breakfast before work, but upon entering the drive thru found that they were only accepting cash. No big deal, happens from time to time, but I don’t carry cash, so had to wait for 10 minutes while the cars in front got their orders just to get out.

Perhaps the most disgusting and unhygienic fast food outlet I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Apart from the 15 minute wait for our burgers, when I asked someone to wipe down a table for us (it was literally covered in food scraps and spilled drink) she promptly came and wiped it down, but chose not to clean up the other filthy disgusting tables adjacent to us. Those table were filthy for well over 40 minutes and food scraps all over the floor. It remained this way when we exited. What a disgrace. Check out the picture of the kitchen floor! I remembered why I have not visit a fast food place for over 10 years…..
