Cannot complain about the service as there is none. The rudest, unfriendly, staff I’ve ever encountered. Never a please, thank you or even hello. It’s like being served by mutes. The management need to train their staff properly. In Australia we were always taught to be polite to customers and GIVE GOOD SERVICE. The staff are mostly foreign and very rude. SHAME SHAME SHAME HUNGRY JACKS.

These people are so lovely. My 13 year old autistic son has been going through this drive through for 8 years now. Since he could ask for chips. They are always happy to hand his bag of chips to him via back window. Great staff

Whoever the person is taking orders at the drive through at 20:05 pm on 22/07/23. Needs to check their attitude when talking to customers through the intercom. This coward knew they were rude which is why they didn’t acknowledge or look at me when paying at the window. Fortunately for this person I don’t irritate easy, but the next person your rude to be ready to receive a clout.
