I don’t know what’s going on at this place. Arrived at 8:45am on a Friday and ordered a takeaway coffee from the drive through. It took 20 minutes to get the order. The young fella taking the order and collecting the money also brought the coffee out to me in the waiting area. Perhaps management employ a skeleton crew on weekday mornings? But it’s a food outlet and service is paramount. Won’t be back.

This place is new and clean, I ordered the rebel whopper which was nice and interesting being plant based. The cashier was polite however once ordered my food it took way too long for it to be ready. I waited approximately 20mins for my food here.

Ordered door dash but when it came my ice cream was missing which was $5 and I had to go drive back to the store to get it and the manager had an attitude and wasn’t really sorry. This has happened numerous times. Worst hungry jacks by far.

I always like to give restaurants I try 3 chances and unfortunately today being the 3rd chance was it for me! They are so slow every single visit and the coffee I got today (and at the last 2 visits) was horrendous. The beans are so badly burnt. I went to Glendenning Hungry Jacks and they were amazing and happy to swap the drink and upgrade the size as a once off despite it not being their store’s issue. Stay in the car a few more seconds and go to Maccas.
