I had a bad experience the first time I went to this bankstown hungry jacks so I told myself never again. A year later I decided to give it another try. Customer service needs work. No thank you or please etc. The whopper as you can see in the pic has a shrunken tomato. The fries didn’t taste any good. The nuggets I ended up giving them to my dog. Hungry jacks was my favourite and I’m just hoping the issue is just with this bankstown joint.

I’ve never written a review but for this I’ve made an exception. Absolute joke of an establishment. The worst employees known to mankind . Ordered uber eats 4 times and 3 times my order was completely wrong. Today i ordered a meal and received only a drink with no straw. That’s it. The employees are a bunch of lazy good for nothing wastes of space . Absolute degenerates who don’t even deserve the minimum wage they receive. If any of the management team is reading this you need an entirely new staff as the current ones are monkey brains in a human body who will be stuck working in fast food their entire life living an existence of no significance or remembrance.

I order a hamburger with 2 meets and just come with 1 meet and I called them and they said I am wrong. I don’t have time to call a company to just play about it. The customer service is poor. I will never use this service again. I never had this problem with Mc Donald’s.

Hungry Jacks Bankstown treats its staff very badly, they should be investigated by the Department of Fair Trading for discrimination against staff. As soon as a staff member turns 16 they are no longer offered any work & treated like garbage even after being a loyal worker up until the age of 16. This is not acceptable.

Absolutely dreadful experience. I’m completely understanding of staff feeling tired and being unable to clean straight away, but this place was not just messy, but DIRTY. My husband and I waited for around 40 minutes for our food when we only ordered 2 meals, and worse was that there were barely any customers in the place so waiting that long was unnecessary. Staff clearly did not care at all for the job or customers. Again, I get night shift is hard but at least be polite. After the 40 minute wait, we ended up with cold food. Really unhappy with this Hungry Jacks!

The staff at drive through seemed to hate life. I don’t think they’ve ever got an order right. I shouldn’t have to check the bag every time to make sure the food is all there. But I get home and theres a burger or 2 short or the wrong burger. The burgers are better at hungry jacks though
