Anas’s customer service was beyond amazing! He was really nice and he was patient enough to change my order 3 times. He got the order correct even though I confused him. The food was fresh and amazing. One of the best maccas workers I have had the pleasure to deal with, he’s humble and funny. Glad that he’s working there as it’s the only maccas I’ll be coming to!

Hi I went today Wednesday 9 pm to mcdonald I ordered 2 big mac deals drive threw we ate them in the car after I finished went back to claim my price which I won Sunday or apple or pie I went threw drive threw again it took the girl working there 10 minutes to understand what I want I asked for Sunday chocolate flavor she said we ran out caramel I said ok I will take it I went to the other window the manager told did you make an order I said yes she said what you want I said do you have Sunday chocolate flavor she said yes this went on for 15 minutes before I got my Sunday never again to that place till I get an apology

Used self serving machine to order a medium angus meal and paid. Waited a good 10 minutes, only to be told that my order didn’t appear on the system. The manager that day told me that I had to go to my bank so they could give me a refund, like seriously? I have proof that my money was taken out of my account, I literally got scammed.

Went through the drive through, they mixed up my order, forgot to put things in the bag, didn’t give any soviets, and were very quick to close the window and walk away. I had to go inside and sort out the order, this happened several times. Also the quality of the food is bad, there is weak control, check the picture!
