I dropped in for lunch (12:10), after waiting some 5 minutes still no service for the person in front of me or myself, after another 5min I got my OTR coffees, noting that a staff member just walked back in from somewhere (pant crutch to the knees / very poor look for a business) Still no consorted attempt of service for the other person (plus one other still waiting for their order I assume?), so I hiked it out to the local bakery. Obviously lunch time is not a priority for this establishment and only cater for the schoolies time? Go to McDonalds in Happy Valley sure to get served there!

This Hungry Jacks is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I ordered a super stunner meal and when given to me, there was a HAIR coming out from under the cup lid. the guy at the counter took it out and kindly asked if I’d like another drink, which i took and was very grateful. I then proceeded to drive home only to find when I open and take a bit of my burger ANOTHER HAIR. I am extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness in this store and would like to see much more precautions in place so this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!

I don’t even know where to start. First of all I have been here maybe 5 times in the last 6 months and every single time I have ordered it has rather taken over half an hour, food’s been cold or they have straight up been rude. Oh and let me tell you about there almost being a straight up riot at your store a few months back when there were around 10 people most of them waiting for over half an hour and some over an hour (including me). I’m not pretending like these were huge orders these were average sized orders with a very long wait wait time. I have only just thought to write this because as of 30 minutes ago my mother ordered 2 Oreo storms and a cheeseburger. She called it before it even came that it would be wrong we got 2 drumstick minis instead. How can you even mess that up, it was 2 o’clock in the morning so no way could you get an order confused with such low order frequency. I work in a fast food store very close to this one and I can’t even begin to comprehend how they can be so bad of a restaurant. The restaurant I work at and here use the same order software to keep track of the orders so I cannot see any reason how any of them can be this bad at their job. The only explanation I can have for any of this is that they are all on some kind of drug or substance that causes them to purposefully miss orders and make them wrong.

I am fairly sure whoppers are meant to be served warm. Ordered whoppers and they were stone cold, lacked sauce. The fries were over salted, inedible so chucked in the bin. Ate the whoppers because we were starving. Could not understand what the person in the drive thru was saying. There have been ongoing problems with these Hungry Jacks since it opened. I am fed up with these big fast food outlets. They do not value customers and have no pride in food and or service.

The place looks good how ever the crew need to be a bit faster and correctly make the burgers with out the hassle of unwanted extras you didn’t ask for. The place needs to review the team they are running and actually hire competent team members that know how the make burgers at a good pace

Always slow , always seem under staffed , always cold buns , waited 15 min for 1 item. It’s primarily because the Indian franchise holder sacrifices staff and quality for profits , this has to be the worst ran store in the south of Adelaide
