We love a Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast at Home Coffee. The food is always above par and the service is fantastic. Very polite and friendly. The only downside is serving food such as eggs Benny in bowls. Makes it very difficult for older people to cut through when not on a flat plate. Other than that…one of my favourite places to eat in Warrnambool.

On my first visit to Warrnambool for more than 20 years we were looking forward to eating breakfast out, and chose the cafe because it was actually open. The decor was alright, and the service was polite, but our food was EXTREMELY SLOW to arrive. The coffee had a good flavour, the food presentation was ok, and it was tasty enough… but sadly the experience was coloured by the slow service.

I have had the most amazing breakfast at Home Coffee. We chose this randomly walking along Liebig Street and wish we had time to come back tomorrow. The Chilli Scrambled Eggs are the best scrambled eggs I have ever had.

I had breakfast at Home Cafe with friends today. We were all very happy with our food. I had the smashed avo which was perfect. Coffee was great, nice and smooth, especially since I was trying decaf for the first time. Barely noticed a difference. Great service too, as I forgot to order my second coffee as a decaf, and the lady remembered my first order (about an hour and a half earlier) and double checked with me. Nice spacing between tables, never felt too crowded or noisy. We will definitely be back!

WOW. This place is excellent. We ordered 2 cappacinos with an extra shot in each as well as French Toast and Pancakes. I cannot say enough about how good the food and coffee was. The cafe is super clean and the lady serving is so friendly, professional and efficient. It’s our last day in Warrnambool so I can’t come back here on this trip but it will be at the top of my list the next time I am staying in Warrnambool.
