The best fresh seafood on the northern gold coast! Always felt we have been lacking good quality local seafood up this end so it was awesome to walk into the shop yesterday and see the amazing upgrade this place has had under the new ownership! The service was fantastic and staff were great! The variety of fresh Australian seafood was amazing to see! I got two beautiful coral trout and they were absolutely delicious. Thanks again for all your help and I’ll be back soon.

Loved this place for ages but disappointed with the new owners. Bought $5 of chips and it was barely a handful. Used to be $5 was enough for the three of us as a side. They were also soggy and poorly cooked.

We came to buy fish and there was a lady that assisted us and explained to us all about fish and the varieties that they had. We even bought fish and chips, and this was great, too. This will be our seafood shop moving forward.

My partner is celiac ,they grilled his snapper on some grease proof paper very clever the young girl who cooked it my partner loved it . The snapper special I had was very yummy crispy batter and chips ,will definitely be going back .

Went to this place today. Been there heaps of time but now has new owner. Worse fish I have eaten. The fish & potato cakes were dripping of oil as I picked them up. Fish was still raw in middle. Charged $3.50 to cook one piece of fish Never going back. New owners won’t last long if this is the type of food they serve up.

Average. Was lucky to have what we wanted. Don’t use menu off google as it’s not up to date. Serving sizes were small and calamari was baby squid more than likely. Won’t be going back until they up there game.

The owner is not honest. He asked me to work for him. I agreed and worked for him 1 day. For sure I supplied my tfn and other details but never got paid. He even asked me to work for him again. I asked him many times for my payment but never got anything. Stay away from this shop because the owner is not honest.
