Had a quick lunch here. Nice sugarcane juice and vercimille. Busier when we left. Friendly staff.

Really average chicken bahn mi. Very stingy with filling and lack of sauce. Bread was decent. Wouldn’t recommend if you want bahn mi.

Always happy to travel a bit more for something very homey. This is the place that can describe it.

We were the only ones there at 3pm on a Sunday. We decided to try it based off the 4.5/5 star review which usually indicates an above average experience. My suggestion: listen to the reviews that say ‘nothing special’, and ignore everything that awards it 4-5 stars. I wish I had. Despite not being busy, our pork rolls were made with an unnecessary hurriedness. They were just slapped together without the slightest care. Zero consideration for distribution of ingredients. The first half of my pork roll was 99% veggies, with just the essence of meat. 2nd half had no veggies & only meat. Passionless. The McDonald’s of Vietnamese. To describe the food as ‘nothing special’ would be too generous and sadly unearned. I can only give 2 stars because the lady that took our order smiled and was nice. Oh, and the place is dirty. 4 women working in the kitchen, none of which were wearing gloves. They let us use their bathroom which you have to walk through the kitchen to access. What I observed in that kitchen makes me feel like food poisoning is a coin toss here. I’ll update this comment if my fears are realised. Otherwise, I’ll consider myself fortunate to have made it out unscathed.

What a great little place! There are 4 ladies working there everyday and they know how to make authentic food. Delicious banh mi and Vietnamese buns available in store or take away. They also serve cold and hot drinks, definitely recommend Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk.

It’s got drinks, pork rolls and Vietnamese food here. I tried the broken rice combination, they don’t have the pork patties but they give you 2 pork chops. Taste wise it’s just ok but I wouldn’t get it again

Homestyle meals in a small restaurant serving a limited menu. Lunch time can get busy and there is limited seating. The braised pork was a good serving size, the grilled pork chop has a smoky charred flavour.

One of the best places for Banh mi! The ‘dipdip’ (a pork meatball in tomato sauce, served with warm crusty bread) is another excellent choice. Drinks are tasty and well priced. Love to come here for breakfast after a long bike ride.
