What incredible service. We enjoyed a light lunch here after a hike through the cataract gorge. We had such a lovely time, thanks to the host, we came back for dinner. The staff are legendary. The food is second to none. The drinks, we’ll try their special blackberry spiritz and find out for yourself.

We stopped in on a day trip to Launceston and were so happy we did. The food was incredible and so were the friendly staff. There were delicious vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten free options – forgive the photo, I had sunscreen on my lens – you’ll just have to trust me it was amazing and try it for yourself.

Recently visited (sat lunch) and even though it was very quiet, the seafood was extremely fresh. Portion sizes are relatively small and prices are definitely on the high side even compared to Melbourne. Taste was above average but not extremely interesting. I guess the main thing was that it was fresh. Perhaps consider slightly larger serving sizes…

We had a nice dinner last night, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had sashimi, chowder and cauliflower, all were yummy. Chowder was different type of I had before, but was good.

Fantastic family dinner! Amazing flavours. We were surprised at how many mixed reviews this place had. As the wait staff were exceptional went above and beyond, the food was fresh, hot and local. The oysters were decadent and the whole snapper was brilliant but the star of the night was dessert a lemongrass pannacotta with candied chilli and star anise quince and sesame twill it was absolutely incredible shame this place will be closing down soon ~ get in before it’s too late

Had the most delicious duck, sourced locally from Strelleyfield, cooked and served beautifully! Staff are so kind and accomodating, especially with my 8month old. The Lemon spritz is a must too! Had a spectacular view of the sunsetting at the mouth of The Gorge. Was definitely a treat!!
