Went to this place a week ago, when I received my order they were missing food, and all of the food in the order was cold. My girlfriends chicken was burnt to a crisp as well on-top of being cold and all she could taste was charred meat. I highly do not recommend this outlet of GYG as the standard of both service and food is appalling beyond measure.

After telling my partner this place was great, we arrived, the Indian girl at the counter couldn’t understand a thing we said even though I had a very basic order, I asked to be able to speak to someone else who can understand me better, she did nothing, order was all wrong, and another staff member intervened, i asked if i could order with her as we seem to be having communication issues, she looked at me with annoyance, and retook my order, went to sit at an available table, it was cleared but dirty, we cleaned it ourselves, one staff member was on break sitting on his phone, he was yelled at by another staff member that he needs to get permission for breaks and not just take them, not looking good, wait was long, staff was all young and looked like they didn’t really know what they was

I was quite disappointed with my meal. The chicken dish I ordered was nachos bowl which is severely overcooked, and burnt pieces and the food is salty and disappointed with the portion of size aswell.

Dined in for lunch on Sunday. Service was quick and friendly. Place was not too packed. Food came out fast. Tasted fresh and delicious. There was however multiple mixed up on the order. Something that the team could imptoved upon as we had to do multiple trip back to the counter. Issue quickly rectified by giving the correct food for free. Thank you!

The food cold and also the chips and i think not worth it, and i never eat cold chips before, i asked the waiter in polite way to warm our food and they bringing same cold foods again and we havent eating all of them. Never come back. God bless..

Wasn’t a huge fan of this place to start with but decided to drop in on the way home from Bunnings, what a mistake. My cali burrito was okay, nothing special but not terrible. I took a bite near the bottom and felt an almighty crunch. My girlfriend heard a crack and asked what it was. Turns out there was a small rock inside by burrito! I’m glad I didn’t chip my tooth or I would be extremely upset. Needless to say I will not be going back.

My daughter always orders a quesadilla plus and sometimes when we’re in a rush, we’ll go straight to the drive-thru. This has been the fourth time they’ve messed up the order, whether it’s forgetting the guac and still making us pay the plus price, or swapping the ground beef in the quesadilla with the slow-cooked beef. The food is absolutely delicious, but the drive-thru hasn’t impressed me.
