Actually i had today oder at this store and long waited but that’s fine but when i open my bowl missing ingredients and not serve properly. That’s not good this is only store that’s way don’t have other store near me. Or else i never place oder on this store. And please dear customer when u pick up oder please check at store.

I’ve gotten a chicken bowl a couple of times. It’s absolutely amazing food, I just wish they were more generous with their meat portions, mostly when I actually pay extra for extra meat. Otherwise this is genuine great food and would eat it more regularly if I could.

MenuLog were over an hour behind, so I called up to see what was going on. Had a polite and very helpful lady inform me that there seemed to be some sort of issue on MenuLogs end. She offered me a free upgrade to a meal for my trouble (after paying Menulog for a delivery) She was very helpful

Ordered the Nachos. They came fast. They also came stone cold. Nachos had a few ingredients which was good to see. Tomato, black beans, avocado however all the ingredients were bland and taste like they’ve been sitting in a container for days. Could be improved so much with a bit more seasoning and flavoured chips like Doritos.

Good packaging but I don’t understand why they pack food even for those who want to dine in. Food is ok but lacks consistency for example sometimes chicken may be too dry at times and juicy and delicious at other times… However food is more expensive than other fast food outlets.

Service was very friendly. The food seemed slow to come out of the kitchen, but this was my first time at GYG so maybe it’s always like that. They did apologise for the wait.

Great looking establishment, fresh and welcoming. Staff are super friendly and really know their products. Reasonable cheaper ordering in store than getting delivered. I bought enough for lunch and dinner for $30. Fresh is what it’s all about here, spicy chicken burrito, chicken Cali, nacho fries, can’t go wrong there all mouth watering. My favourite has to be the Cali, don’t knock it until you try it. I’ll definitely be back.
