Order here all tht time, delicious & quick fast food. I order on App (to collect points) and then pickup from counter, I found that is the quickest way. Drive through is slow, ordering from counter staff have little to no customer service skills, they also always get order wrong. Via App I can add any of the adons with issue & order it exactly when I want to.

Been wanting to try this joint, it looks amazing from the road, the lights made it look like a cool place. When I was inside though it was rather dirty, reminds me of a bit fancier looking maccas but dirtier. And the place isnt very big. I never had GYG before, now I can see it’s like a fast food version of Mexican foods. Tried their beef enchiladas and grilled chicken burrito. Overall I have had better Mexican food. The enchiladas was ok, burrito was rather dry and boring even though grilled chicken tasted nice. Also tried their soft serve but the only better thing than maccas’ is the waffle cone. The ice cream itself somehow tasted rather artificial to me, so that was a sad soft serve whilst I can go to maccas for a better one for less than half the price. I dont think I will be going to GYG again. Oh, their chips are nice though, well seasoned.

I love ordering on the app, as the drive through is INSANELY LONG, unfortunately customer service isn’t a strong point in either the Eastland store or Croydon Sth store either. You can stand at the counter for over 5 minutes being ignored. Something is wrong with the whole “timing” of food for this business. Great chips though

Not even giving 1star…. Ordered through unereats staff should be very dumb send my burrito bowl without any rice or beans and even unereats refusing to give my refunds… Don’t ever visit or place orders through this place… If you guys can’t serve it properly just cancel it… You guys think you guys are serving to dogs??? Highly disappointed and I’m coming back to store for refunds tomorrow
