Customer service quality all this store has going for it! My lettuce was brown and filled with water and inedible. You would think paying for these meals they would go, hey I can’t serve that. The worst service! I placed an order while I was at work and when I went to collect it I waited at the “pick up here” sign. The staff were serving customers in line and I waited until they were finished and thought one would be able to give me my order. The staff completely ignored me! Didn’t look at me or address me despite knowing I was waiting to pick up an online order. There were others waiting behind me to pick up their meals too. The customers the staff just served were shocked at how the staff ignored me and avoided serving me and apologised. Just pathetic. The kids that work there need some training on customer service. Don’t ignore your customers!!
