Although the staff are working very hard, the service is extremely slow, and often not reflected in the food. I paid for extra toppings and felt that there wasn’t enough on there. Additionally, the portion sizes are small. It seems that staff on the registers are unconfident and not prepared to work on fast paced nights.

Contacted them via the Help button as there is no customer service number and received the response they reviewed my order and it was correct. I love Guzman’s in general. I used to think the best burritos were at Bondi Junction….until I started coming to this one. I recommend getting the jalapeno sauce and pickled jalapenos if you like it a little tingly also recommend the Latino lemonade x
