It is truly so disappointing everytime we order from here. The side of guacamole given at 6.30pm is the one prepared first thing in the morning. (Also lack of salt and lime)

I had the worst experience last night with GYG Buranda. I ordered two enchiladas for take out. I noticed while I took my first bite is that it is a wrap with a lot of Rice in it and with couple of pieces of Chicken, Coriander and Jalepeons. Please see the photos. The staff didn’t even let us know that they dont have the ingredients. It was a waste of money and I could no eat that and it all went to the bin. Being a customer we spend money to get the normal quality food. But sometimes it seems like there is no value of our hard earned money. I won’t rate this store. It was the worst experience. Not going there ever and noy recommending them to anyone.

Wowsers, the staff in this store are shocking. They’re rude & a little short male employee with round glasses tried to intimidate me in store while I waited because they couldn’t get things happening in a normal amount of time. I guess his ego is more important than his job. Disaster of an experience today I won’t go to GYG again, thanks lil pan head.

Not too bad..went here on my lunch break and waited for about 15 minutes for my food. Cost close to 20 dollars just for nacho fries and a coke, rediculous. Food tasted good but the price isn’t right.

I have eaten here a few times and the food have always been nothing special. But last Monday 07.17.23 was the worst. I ordered a veggie enchilada and it was tasteless, at some point while I was eating I found a piece of something very salty. Probably it’s something added into the food that it didn’t not melt. Additional to this I ordered a chimi mayo and paid $1 for nothing. The container was basically empty. I eat often at GyG and the quantity of the sauces are always standard but on this occasion it was very disappointing.

I can’t recommend GYG enough! Their food is consistently excellent, and they offer a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re a fan of spicy, mild, or anything in between, GYG has something for you. The staff are friendly and efficient, making for a great overall dining experience. The only small drawback is the outdoor seating area, where I’ve occasionally encountered some aggressive individuals. However, this is not a regular occurrence, and it certainly won’t stop me from enjoying GYG’s delicious offerings. Highly recommended!”

I ordered my meal through the app. When I arrived it said the order was complete, but I was then told it was not actually ready. I waited an additional 35 minutes in the restaurant for my food. They claimed they needed to cook more pork, however, my friends who ordered after me also ordered pork and received their order well before me. My guacamole then had a massive piece of avocado skin in it. After a few bites of my enchilada, I felt something like the texture of sand in my mouth. There was bits of hard plastic throughout my food, and I couldn’t finish my meal.
