I love Grill’d but this has been the worst experience I have ever had. First time eating at Gosford and I waited 45 mins for a dine in burger (just one) and it took for me to go up to the staff and ask where my food was. Only for it to have been sitting in a takeaway bag for I don’t know how long. Not happy, made me feel awful as someone who doesn’t usually dine alone.

My wife of 35 years took me to Grill’d West Gosford for a Valentines lunch. The burgers were fantastic and the chips were hot and delicious. The team members were friendly, courteous and obliging… it was well priced and I’ll be definitely back to try all the burgers on the menu. A fantastic Restaurant experience and thank you to all of the Team for making sure that it was a memorable experience. Bloody well done!

This is my second time visiting. Exceptional staff. Food was delivered so quickly, both times. I had the same waiter! Made me feel welcome. Even bought fresh water for my dogs and bowls. For a SUPER FAST MEAL with Exceptional service you can not go past Grill’d at West Gosford. I just wish I’d noticed the servers name. He definitely deserves a bonus!

Only ones in store, service took 20 ish minutes. Staff friendly but paid $2 for a slice of cheese yet I didn’t get it. I don’t see how 1 slice of cheese warrants $2. Apart from these it’s a good place to eat.
