I chose to indulge myself into the Victoria point grilled experience tonight after being recently recommended it. The customer service was sensational, i was met with a kind lady, summer at the counter who helped me through menu and come to a decision. I tried the Crispy bacon and cheese on a panini bun, which must I add. Was amazing.. I will certainly be returning with my fellow peers. When it comes to fun, there were colouring pens and and a book to work through with my friends. Food was made at an alarming rate and the grilled vp atmosphere was great. Loads of laughs and giggles were shared around our table

We went just after opening on a Saturday, so had relatively quick service from order time to plate. Staff are friendly. Tasty burgers! The nourish and flourish is a simple burger, tastes like homemade. Some feedback would be to make the burger buns larger to handle contents, but other than that, good experience. Would love to have a special occasion here, the atmosphere is cozy, yet open.

We started our evening off out with some friends of ours as a party of 5 we headed initially to Burrito Bar next to the cinema which was a disaster. The Burrito Bar served us RAW CHICKEN and they also served us a stone cold frozen in the middle burrito. After being argued with by the Franchisee and his wife we decided to go over the road to Grilld. Grilld Victoria Point was such a pleasant place, welcomed when we came in, asked if we had been before and knew how to order or needed help with ordering, these are young kids having a blast and loving their place of work clearly working as a team. The owner of Grilld Victoria Point should go to the Burrito Bar and tell them they’re ruining the dining scene for the centre. What a great night at Grilld and really enjoyed my chicken burger which I checked and was assured by the waiting staff was cooked properly by someone that actually checks their food going out before the customers get it because they dont want complaints … smart! Great job VP Grilld Team – Excellent staff – that’s what made the night really…. : ) 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend here over the Burrito Bar (DO NOT GO TO THE BURRITO BAR!)

Enjoyed a lovely dinner out tonight, very helpful staff member handling our allergies tonight. FOH staff with short dark hair, sorry I didn’t catch your name… Always making sure my questions were answered & I was comfortable. Your allergy Matrix is AMAZING. So helpful as eating out with allergies is incredibly difficult. So thank you for making it nice tonight.

I ordered a chicken burger via Uber eats. It arrived with the chicken still pink throughout. Extremely unsafe and disappointing. Grilld never contacted me back when I complained. Uber eats was very easy to deal with though.
