Quite possibly the worst service and wait time I have ever experienced. I was in the drive through for 39 minutes. You read that right – 39 minutes. The staff members were not only useless they acted like they had never seen a customer. I asked them very nicely how it is going and they panicked – the store was not busy and there was a lot of staff on – I have no idea what they were doing – I asked them if the chips they had for me had been sitting on the bench for a long time (they had – I watched them) and they touched them WITH THEIR HANDS and said – “they still feel warm” – oh my goodness – the very worst service and wait ever – go to any other store but this one!!!

Simple order I get every time, 3x spicy slow cooked beef, hard tacos with extra cheese. Tonight when ordering just before close the wonderful staff decided to Waterboard my tacos with the spice sause harder than anyone in the history of interrogation has ever had to endure. Horrible! I just ordered a bowl through a delivery app and there was a piece of dark curly hair on the food! I would hate to know how they practice safe handling of food or if that’s even a thing for this store. Not only that, the container was barely filled and it seemed they were skimping on the portion. Never again and would not recommend this branch!

Be aware – was charged $30+ for bowl (no extras) plus 5 chicken tenders advertised with a deal for 5. When questioning the amount, the guy said has to be put in as 2 and 3 which didn’t add up to the amount advertised on the board at the drive thru. Manager came and said that they haven’t updated the sign and wasn’t going to charge the advertised price. Can’t even see chicken tenders on the menu online to check. Will never go back to this GYG!

Staff were nice and helpful but definately under trained for the food, like someone else said you kinda wanna get it right from the start or people just wont go back, the photo is of nacho fries….
