Can’t fault this place: great location, service and finished product is fantastic as expected. Love the layout. Only annoying thing I can identify would have been free available water. This is the second occasion we have dined at Grill’d Melbourne Central and both times the food was beautifully cooked, the service was very good and the ambiance so relaxing. I spoke to the assistant manager of the store to give him my positive feedback. We will return! Keep being amazing!

Honestly one the worst burgers and experiences I’ve had in Melbourne. Service was absolutely terrible. The menus were dirty and falling apart and QR codes weren’t working. The table and water glasses were dirty too. They got our order wrong and gave us a dip covered in grease after we had to ask for it twice. The chicken burger tasted like a McDonalds burger and the chips were just covered in salt and barely edible.
