Family dinner before movie was enjoyed by 5 family members. Unfortunately 1 family member is gluten intolerant so asked for a gluten free bun. Unfortunately gf bun was covered in seeds so couldn’t be eaten. Fillings were lovely but couldn’t eat the bun. Very disappointing

Onion ring’s certainly don’t look like the photo, don’t know where the onion was it was just like eating dust. We were told that’s how they come as they don’t make them on the premises! The chicken sliders were so burnt it left a charcoal residue aftertaste, yuk! My daughter had to spit hers out into her napkin. We were offered to have them made again but weren’t prepared to wait another 20 mins as it took ages to get someone’s attention so we could show them. We were just about to join the line at the register with our plates of uneaten food. We’ve eaten there a few times & always enjoyed the food, not sure if we would return, customer service in the complaints dept is sadly lacking.

She should have a little more patience as there was nobody else behind me and because of that another burger shop got my business and a good review. The service I got was amazing from the other place so polite. They got 5 stars for being so nice and helpful.
