Great burgers with a scenic location. Service here was outstanding as staff were friendly and professional. Burgers amazing as always and we had the onion rings which were by far one of the best we have had in a while. The batter is so light and thin (tempura I think) with a good amount of saltiness and thinly cut sweet onion on the inside. Highly recommend trying the Onion Rings if you haven’t as these were incredible.

As a regular I can say: food is great, indeed! But we can clearly see a huge difference of care with your dish, depending on who is making your food. Needs better attention in service/customer relation. Location is good, great view. Toilet can be a trouble on your first time (as it’s out of the restaurant and needs code to unlock the door), might be tricky for those who are not technology friendly.

Food is always great at Grill’d. Can’t really give 5 stars for service because there isn’t any. Every time I go I want another drink, but I have to get up and line up to order one. Why not do table service even for a second beverage? I would spend more if you would just take an order!

Use to be really nice but has gone down hill last few times we’ve been. At around 3 in arvo pretty quiet, Every single table was dirty and crumbs everywhere, food was not good.. burger buns were burnt and missing ingredients off simple burgers. Girls were friendly. But for price and other options around wont be back.

Ordered online from Coolangatta (from the Grill’d website), took an hour to deliver 5 minutes away and was cold when it arrived. Two burgers didn’t have cheese (which had been added as an extra and paid for). Contacted the store and spoke to manager who said it wasnt their fault as they go through Uber Eats. When paying $50 for two burgers and one chips – you would expect a bit better quality and service. Wont be ordering from their again.
