The burger Buns were so fluffy and the patties where delicious. The loaded fries had decent chunks of bacon on it. The crispy chicken peices were so succulent. Me and my partner could not speak highly enough of this place. The customer service was also spot on!

We were surprised to find this place in Browns Plains. The food was great and there were hardly and people dining in. It had a nice little ambience of led lights and plants (though fake, it was still pretty cool). The staff were friendly and I had a mint shake with my burger. They were even playing music from the 2000s which almost seemed like my own playlist!

It is Sunday night and my family and I are still talking about the amazing burgers we had Friday night. Not going to lie, they are very pricey. But they were packed with beautiful flavours, my boys rated them definitely in their top 3 burger (we have a family rating because we love our burgers)

Would not recommend. Workers have very poor food handling practices. I watched one guy wear the same single glove to put uncooked chicken into the fryer then use the same hand to pull a basket out of the fryer and use the same hand to put cooked food into boxes ready to serve customers. He then used the same hand to put raw patties on the grill then used the same hand to open the fridge door. Talk about cross contamination literally everywhere because the other worker who was assembling the burgers touched that same fridge door with his gloves to grab something out then continue to assemble burgers. When confronted with what he had done he seemed denying at first then clueless saying yes that’s why we wear gloves. I told him no you can’t be touching raw food then cooked food with the same gloves. He didn’t seem to think it was a big deal and/or didnt understand. Only good thing was I easily got a refund. But even then he tried to give me the same 50$ note I gave him to pay for my food I had to tell him twice no you don’t give me my 50$ back give me my order total. I would highly recommend you re-train your staff on proper food handling procedures.

Food was cold and my caramel shake was missing from my order. Very disappointing, I never treat myself to takeaways but I thought I would spend a bit extra since it’s a rare occasion, only to have my food cold and soggy and missing items. Wasted over $30 on this place

I’m a huge burger fanatic and I bloody love the burgers here. My wife and I share a patty’s original and fried chicken, both are perfect every time. Recommend to anyone who is in browns plains. The pattys are smashed, so they’re always going to taste the bomb. 5/5
