The food was good – certainly not the best burger I’ve ever had, but very good nonetheless. The service was ok, and while the atmosphere was quite sterile, it did look pleasant. It cost around $50 for 2 burgers and chips, so definitely not cheap. Overall, I like Grill’d.

I go there 3 times a week , so I’m a regular customer , today service was really bad and so disappointing, orders chips and they gave me old chips that’s been re- fried . asked for new ones but they refuse . grilled I’m so ashamed of how you dealt with the situation knowing I come there often and never had an issue with the food and service. They could easily just replace new chips , but nope ! Won’t be going there anymore

Love Grill’d, however it would have been helpful to know beforehand that ‘order at table is unavailable at this time’ so that we didn’t peruse the menu and go through the task of selection and then finding that out upon checkout. And then looking up to see the queue was massive. Fountain Gate take note!

We went for a family meal, Paid almost $80, food came out cold and the share platter chips put together eaquled a normal size serve of chips, hardly a share platter,the zucchini chips and sweet potato chips were burnt and the burgers were not even filling, I was going to ask for a refund but the kids were already getting grumpy and so I decided to leave,never going back to grilled as a company again, highway robbery,could have been more satisfied at MacDonalds for less

We are local are regularly come here on weekends and in our opinion usually is the best grilld we’ve been to. However, today, the food was so overly salted it wasn’t great. It was far too salty for both of us. Hopefully they take this feedback on board and don’t go crazy with the salt in future as it just really put us off. It’s really not needed with Grilld as the food has plenty of flavour already.
