I didn’t liked their burgers. There is lack of taste. Staff service was great but still they are failing in recognising customers need. I am highly disappointed with their food. Also I ordered chicked salad which result in too salty. Hope they will soon improve their services and will focus on taste too.

Lots of vegetarian and vegan burger options to choose from. I tried the Vegan Impossible Simply Grill’d Burger. It had plant-based meat tasting like pattie along with lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, relish & vegan mayo. I simply loved it! Their french fries are also fresh and tasty (not frozen unlike other restaurant chains).

The food was great, sadly there was a hair in my chips however when I told a worker they immediately got me new chips and were super friendly about it! Whenever I go the waitresses are always smiling and friendly even when dealing with rude customers or issues with the food ( in my situation). It’s very impressive as you can tell they really care for their job and are all hard workers!

Look, I love grill’d but sorry when you’re served the wrong burger, then the subsequent burger has a raw patty (albeit a vegan patty) you start not to love it as much, service was great and the waiter was nice enough but to the cooks, maybe check the food is cooked before serving it.
