can only be described as a local GEM 100% the kind of place you would look past if driving though and honestly potentially leave be while googling, but boy you would be missing out. charming staff and atmosphere accompanied by an absolutely phenomenal feed, we had steak – yes I had the Tomahawk my partner had the straight rib my Tomahawk was amazing, my partners steak was a bit overcooked, which I would normally cut a star for but honestly it was still delicious and all the other parts of this venue (staff, drinks, vibe and my steak) well and truly make that star back up and I would reccomend this restaurant to anyone I knew that was going to Gympie.

Online menu is old and is nothing like what they do now. When told them we were disappointed about that they said they won’t change the online menu as it would cost $200. Steak was large but stewed and chewy, was as if it was frozen, quickly defrosted and badly cooked. Out of 5 meals all were average. As for a bar, hardly any beers, and they were cool not cold.

As a local I thought we would try the pizza from Geordies, as we had seen the sign advertising pizza on the highway. Paid $20.00 for a large pizza, when we opened the box, I was shocked to see this tiny pizza. This was not enough to feed a family, and it was tastless. You need to improve your pizza making and serving sizes. Very poor.
