I bought pizza from Gemelli for the first time last night. The whole family loved it. It was the best pizza we have had on the Gold Coast. Nice base. Generous toppings. The owners were working the business and took time to have a chat. All round great experience. I definitely recommend it. They are not super close to home, but I’ll be driving there next time we want pizza.

We ordered pizza and pasta last week. Very underwhelming. The pasta was so bland, the sauce was thin and not creamy at all. Kind of seemed like jar sauce consistency. My seafood marinara had 2 tiny prawns and the rest was mussels and fish which we so over cooked they were chalky. My partners carbonara was so tasteless. We had to add salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese to both just to give some flavour. The garlic pizza was disappointing too. No cheese just dry tomato sauce with a hint of garlic. I thought I’d be getting a really nice authentic dinner but I honestly think I make better Italian food

Bland pizza and the pasta was boring too. No seasoning, no herbs. You couldn’t even taste the tomato base on the pizza! We had to add our own sauce to the pizza.

I have to say, their pizza is fantastic! It’s hard to find a decent pizza, as they all seem to be bread and cheese. Gemelli has generous toppings and big flavour!

First time here (From Brissy for work) and really impressed. Customer service was fantastic, welcoming and friendly. Overall the pizzas were fantastic and built like they should be. This is Pizza! The base….Perfectly crisp. I could almost just order a cooked base and be happy. Wasn’t overdone or undercooked. I think you guys should train all the pizza places in Brissy on how to do bases. Thanks guys, If back again I know where I’m going!

I used to really like the food from Gemelli’s until I bought a pasta dish from there one night….it was awful. The pasta was off. When I complained I was confronted with nothing but rudeness from the twin girls…I was happy to try again until they spoke to me the way they did.
