I absolutely adore Gallardo’s pizzeria, I always love their pizzas and the pizzas made by a special staff member, (you know who you are) are especially amazing. from the moment I opened the box to the last bite I was in heaven. if I was going to give a rating out of 10, it would be 10.5/10. All their staff is great and especially my secret admirer, ;).

I went to a retreat to Stanwell Tops back in October 2022 and happened to come across Gallardo’s during this time. I had the best pizza I have ever had in Australia and was very pleased with the staff and customer service. Trish was very diligent and helpful. The taste was second to none and I was so impressed that have decided to drive the 40+ kms from Sydney on a couple of occasions just to have a taste of their heavenly product again.

This place smells amazing and is always so busy, and so well staffed with great service but we’ve tried it multiple times since moving from Sydney (4 different type pizzas ) and all weren’t great. The base just needs to be more authentic and homemade and the toppings a little more considered. Such a shame as we are too far here to have a delivery from anywhere outside of town.

Gallardo’s Pizzeria has about 44 different combinations of speciality pizzas. Make sure to leave room for dessert pizza…NUTELLA…yes, that’s right!…I tried it with strawberries on top. Other Nutella pizza toppings available are banana, marshmallows, and Oreos. Cristian knows everything about how a pizza should be. Try all his suggestions!.

Had a really horrible time dining here. There was a lady behind the counter who kept giving funny looks + came off a bit looney. Management seemed loose. Would not reccomend dining under the flag of Gallardo’s pizza. Bring back Parrino’s.
