I’d been following these guys for a while on Instagram and finally got a chance to swing by last night and try the food. The food is just as delicious as it looks. Perfectly salted, spiced and balanced.

Absolutely delicious food – we had the ‘feed me’ menu and it was perfect. Our waitress was lovely. All in all, highly recommend.

I did the Feed Me menu. It was so worth it! I love all the food. The sticky date pudding was the best!

I loved this place! Such friendly staff and amazing food inspired by the flavours of India’s traditional street food. It’s an all-vegetarian menu (some dishes contain paneer, ghee or yoghurt) but the vast majority of what’s on offer is vegan and gluten-free. It was hard not to order everything I liked the sound of (!) but I managed to narrow it down to the cauliflower korma toastie served with seasonal fritters and iced ginger and cardamom soy chai, both of which were amazing. If you’ve ever travelled to India and experienced a bhel puri or pakora made and eaten fresh from a street vendor, what you get at Flyover is pretty close. Absolutely delicious. Looking forward to a return visit next time I’m in Sydney.

I have never been disappointed with the food at Flyover Fritterie. The food is innovative yet homely and comforting and the hospitality is spot on. It feels amazing to see a fellow Indian do so well in Australia in the food scene.

Something new in Vegan Sydney! Vegan lunch at your office doorstep in Sydney CBD. A bit pricy and spicy but pretty tasty

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while, especially for its chai! Everything was delicious. The daal was incredible. Would definitely come again. And yes, you can probably get cheaper Indian elsewhere if you’re bothered to travel out to western Sydney but you won’t find a better Indian place than this in a place as central as Redfern.

Indian fusion food. Food is delicious. Bit pricey though. Tried sabudana vada, aloo tikki chaat and chai. Starter items for $15-20 is not budget friendly.
