Flame Brothers Restaurant & Bar is located in the heart of Halls Gap, alongside Stoney Creek, adjacent the Grampians National Park. The restaurant was born out of a love for all things hospitality. With over 30 years combined experience in the industry we provide a multitude of offerings, with something for everyone.
You will find specialty coffee dine in and takeaway by Campos, through to an extensive beer, wine, spirit & cocktail list. Pair this with full table service, delicious smoked meats, burgers and a range of smaller sharing options.

Went here on the Queen’s Birthday Monday for lunch and waited 45 minutes and no sign of our food. We followed up and said it should come soon they were having problems with the fryer for fries. My childs order was mac and cheese and mine was ribs, neither had any fries in them. We waited another 10 mins after that.

We have tried a few of the breakfast restaurants in Halls Gap and this is by far the best. Definitely save time and head straight to Flame Brothers for the most delicious Eggs Benedict with pork belly and broccolini.

We had the BBQ Sharing Platter. Thought of trying all they had to offer since we came all the way from the CBD. It’s not overly huge, but it came with decent meats; the brisket and ribs were like the cheaper cuts so don’t expect them to be good quality. Here’s a review of each of them:

The restaurant was very busy but the staff were accommodating. We felt looked after and everyone was really friendly. The food was tasty and the wait time for meals was not long. Overall great experience, we will definitely go back when next in Halls Gap.

Went and had dinner here on a Saturday night! Great smoked food. We had the pulled pork which was super juicy and flavour packed. We also had the beef brisket which had a delicious smoked flavour although it was a little dry. We also had the mac and cheese and the slaw as sides which were great accompanying dishes. The food overall was good and service was great, very friendly staff who were incredibly attentive! The Night was a busy one so it was quite noisy inside and had to talk loudly so my partner could hear me. But great to see they are doing well and keeping busy even in the colder months.
