Check your take away orders before you go as you may not get what you order. To be charged around $120 and not receiving what we ordered, plus the chips being cold was very dissappointing. To be told that we did not oder the calamari rings yet the young man repeated it in the order back to us was even more disappointing. Obviously customer service is devalued by this outlet.

Food was heavily salted and extremely greasy. Large portions which was nice to see. It just want nice to eat I was very disappointed. The staff walked past me without saying a word while I was waiting to pay and collect my food.

We regularly visit this store when passing through Rockhampton. On all occasions they have provided excellent service, very generous serving sizes, and great value for money. Best of all they have gluten free options readily available. Best fish and chips. Parking is a breeze. Only potential issue is limited seating at times if you plan to dine in.
