Absolutely delicious fish, chips were really crispy and tasty too. The mushy peas were excellent and the side salad was spot on too. To top it off the customer service was excellent. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Two of the five of us got the steak and garlic mashed. Took a long time for food to come out. The temperature of the steak was cooked properly, but it was cold. Had absolutely zero seasonings on it. I’m not sure they even salted it. The garlic mashed had almost no garlic flavor. On the brightside. Drinks were good, service was good and it’s a really nice spot along the river.

The only good thing is the customer service. Other than that grilled salmon was horrible, chips oily and tasted very bad. Salad was not bad. To top it all, food was serviced on printed papers!

Just a wonderful local eatery. This is my 4th visit, and i still haven’t moved on from the crumbled fried cod and calamari rings…they are not greasy, really crunchy, good sized portions, and the flavour of accompanying tartare sauce is just delicious! Hats off to the kitchen staff.

Had a wonderful night at FISH LOVERS in Paddington tonight. Coming from out of town I always visit FISH LOVERS. The food was great, had the Coral Trout, Chips and Salad. The fish was so fresh, big pieces and fresh salad. The two Jacks who work there were very pleasant. Jack looked after us and when we walked in the manager, Tania was so friendly and made us welcome. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the fish. Will go back next time I visit. Thanks Tania, Jack and Jack and the chef.

The best Fish and chips in Brisbane . The fish is fresh and the crumb is thin and crispy . Beer bartered chips are nicely flavoured, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside . Best thin sweet potato chips . The customer service is always fantastic , the owner is super friendly , funny and lovely . Highly recommend this place !

Went with my friend L to have a quick lunch. Calamari rings were nice and tender. Garlic prawns were very tasty. But the winner was the two dozen pacific oysters we had. Surprisingly amazing quality, size and flavor! Will be back for sure.

Been dining here every week for the past 10 years or so. We’ve always had very friendly service and the fish is consistently excellent. We bought all our Christmas seafood this year at Fish Lovers and it was all extremely good quality AND no waiting for hours in queues for hours. Fantastic service. Highly recommend Tania and her team.
