The Food is absolutely Divine and Delicious! It’s on another Level! Sam our host was Fantastic and very Courteous to everyone on my table. The food that we ordered was not just Delicious it was Fantastic!!! There fried rice was Special and you have to try there Prawn Fritters absolutely mouth watering…Must try dish is the Steak Sauternes they just melted in my mouth they ever so tender juicy and delicious. Servings portions also very Generous! My table of 8 where so full and extremely Satisfied! Definitely will be going back there..

The atmosphere is quite comfortable, and the food surprised me, as I had always heard it was bad from others. We ordered crab in ginger and shallot flavors, which is currently on promotion for $58, with the option to add noodles for an additional $15. They also had a $5 king prawn dumpling offer, which turned out to be quite filling, but only limited to one tray per table. The durian mochi was also very delicious, the skin is very thin and jit too sweet, which quite comparable with the one we usually enjoy in Belmont, though it is a bit pricey at $16.80. I’ve now added this place to my list of favorite dim sum spots.

Went for dim sum at Fine China yesterday. Everything tastes so fresh. Highly recommend their hacao and the red rice flour rolls. Siu mai, chicken feet, corriander dumplings, spinach dumplings are all very tasty! Their deep fried and baked dishes are very very delicious too! Especially the prawn toasts and seaweed rolls, they are full of prawns. Tea is $2 per head, only charged if you want tea. We’ve also been here a couple of times for dinner too. The food is quite good, atmosphere is nice. The seafood special is very attractive: $58 for mud crab, $88 for lobster.

If you love your Chinese cuisine and seafood then this place is a must. We went during the $88 lobster promotion and it was such good value! We ordered two, one in Singapore sauce with fried buns, it was nice but the one fried with salted egg yolk was amazing! We also loved the peking duck, the crepe for it was cooked perfectly. First time trying truffle fried rice and I can see why it’s their signature dish. So delicious! We will definitely be back.

I was forced to go have dinner here and was not expecting much, but ended up having an amazing experience. They were a bit under staffed so service was a little bit slow but the food quality and customer service was absolutely amazing. Ordered the claypot oyster, the toothfish with teriyaki sauce, had the lobster with salted duck egg coating, house made tofu and the deep fried squid. I am not usually one to review things or even say much but was very impressed I have seen other reviews in regards to this restaurant but from what I have seen the Boss has made some changes and is very welcoming to feedback so if you had a bad experience once I believe you should give them another chance to redeem themselves everyone needs a second chance.

I have heard that new chiefs are cooking in the kitchen. The food standard is still good. However I don’t quite enjoy the live music. I prefer a quieter family meal. Maybe the music should be reserved for later in the evening
