This mala soup restaurant has several areas that could be improved on. For instance, the self service corner could be topped up with more ingredients more frequently. Although it does not serve fresh food, the variety could be expanded as well. Price is steep given that it is mostly frozen ingredients. Some of the beancurd was undercooked, with the taste of an unpleasant sourness to it. Overall, this place offers convenient food at an average taste with a price that is only limited to how much you pick.

Consistency about how they were serving, on Wednesday night about 9.30 pm, I’m walking in and most of the ingredients gone and left just empty tray and just a few available to pick so I asked a glasses guy at the couture to fill some items back and he refused to do so, come on bro! Just 9.30 you still to work till 12.00 as your open hours.

The waitress was really boring and seemed sad, wasn’t friendly and didn’t explain you needed to spend a minimum of $16. The restaurant itself felt very underwhelming and flavours are bland and noodles are over cooked.

Worth trying. Most of the soup looks the same but my friend who wanted no chilli in her soup seemed to get a different soup. Good range of ingredients but pretty expensive. The tip is to get mostly noodles and chuck in a handful of ingredients. Mine was $24.80 for a bowl. I wasn’t that full…cos I chose mostly tofu and different meat balls.

Very tasty, spicy food. Choose your veges and meat, add some noodles then choose between a dry spice fry, or a soup based sauce.

The meat and vegetables are good and they provide the customer a fair selection. The soup tastes good but feel a bit minty (not my thing). Cute, simple and elegant decor.

Not quite happy with this place for the hygiene perspective. There were ingredients on the shelf and flies were partying on it…so I took the only veggies and noodles.

Poor customer service, the lady working today was extremely rude to all customers. She was also giving an attitude to other staff members. Food safety is also concerning, flies hovering over the food section and around the dining area. Would give a 0 star if this was an option. I used to go to another fill the bowl and had good experience there, but this store has just ruined the reputation of the merchant.

Fill the bowl is amazing! Its a bit on the pricy side but it hits the spot. The soup is delicious and they are very generous with it. The spice hits just nice as well for those who are looking for a slightly spicy mala but do not want to be dead by the time they finish
