Bottom bun of the burger was sodden, cold and completely fell apart before even being able to take a single bite. I suspect you either do not toast the buns and/or use cold sauce.

Got the freshy wrap and chips. Wrap was great but the chips were average. Not worried, Can’t get it 100% all the time. Some kids nearby had some loaded chips they were sharing and seemed to love it.
