The brewhouse shares its name with the first farm of the region, Eden Station, the achievement of convict and pioneering ‘father of Redbank Plains’, James Josey. Eden Brewhouse is a cheerful tribute to the pioneering characters like Mr Josey who moulded the Aussie spirit, our passion for pubs, thirst for beer and hunger for hearty fare. Our traditional design nods to the public houses of their British origins, while our mouth-watering selection of craft beers and rustic smokehouse menu pays due to their pioneering days of rural living and handcraftsmanship. Ambience is perfect for a weekend get out with friends and family. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any changes I requested in my drink. Cocktails are served until 9:30pm, after hours they serve near the casino next door. Speaking of which, Casino is great for such a place that is next door to suburbs. I would love to visit again.

We go often here to watch the footy, the tap beer is always fresh & cold and we have ordered snacks with no problem but the last time we went we decided to order dinner, 2 people ordered exactly the same thing 1 steak came out medium rare (which is what we ordered) the other came out medium well I took it back to the kitchen for a re-fire the second steak was cooked perfectly, both plates had stodgy caterer’s mash & vegetables were cold and incorrect sauce. Very disappointed. We will return for the cold beers and football but won’t order again, with the cost of living each meal eaten out should be atleast decent, I don’t mind paying to eat out but I do expect to get what I order the first time as we then we’re not able to enjoy our meal at the same time.

I have been here twice and the serves is always amazing and it was especially good on this occasion as when we called up to make a revered table for 3 the nice lady on the other end gave us a heads up that a table of 25 was coming to their establishment at the same time and that we should consider making a different time resevervation. This was a lovely heads up as not many places do this. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and asked about our resevrtation to which he seated us down at our table. When we sat down we ordered a beer battered flathead, nuggest and chips, a side of sweet potato fries and lemon and pepper squid. We waited 20 minutes for all three dishes and they were quite nice. The beer battered flathead was nicely cooked and the slada added a nice fresh taste, the chicken nuggets and chips are chicken nuggets and chips not much to say. The sweet potato chips had a nice sweetness to them however they were partially burnt and had so much salt, I felt like I was eating a handful of salt. Lastly was the lemon and pepper squid which was cooked well, the coating was evenly spread on the squid and the aoli was a nice touch. Overall had a great experience and will be coming back in the future.

Came here for lunch today and was surprised how nice the setting was. The staff was nice and the beer was cold. Anyone who knows me I’m a smoked meat fanatic. So when I saw the smoker I was excited to start ordering. I had the brisket, wings, slaw and pork rib. The cook was done really well. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. Nothing had taste? It was like the food was smoked with no rubs? It was all bland. When eating smoked meat u shouldn’t need salt or pepper but for the first time in my life I had to add salt for taste. Really unfortunate but it is was it is. I’d go back for a beer but don’t think I’d have another lunch unless I knew it was smoked using rubs and spices. Thanks for the hospitality it was still a nice afternoon out.

Wow if your looking for disappointment and high prices this is the place for you!! $38 for a rib and wing combo is the average you will pay anywhere but the order was tiny and no where near the price. It took 45mins to receive 2 of our orders! The size portions are suited for a model on a diet. It took another 15mins before the rest of the table got their food at which half of the order was cold and the salads were wilted and looks like it had been pulled out of the trash. Very under par and not worth our time. Never again will we be back.
