Very nice Chinese restaurant, environment is very clean and bright, the food was tasty. Xiao long bao and pan fried buns are the best. Will definitely be our regular stop.

Dumplings were delicious! Service was shocking, rude and unpleasant. I politely Asked if we could sit in a quieter, more private area and were rudely told we couldn’t sit there as it was for a table of four and they could become very busy.. we arrived at 3.15 and staff started to pack all the tables up at 3.45 for closing.. it didn’t get busier and there were numerous amounts of tables available. Where we were seated was under the aircon and we froze. This is the second time we have dined here and also found staff to be rude and unpleasant the first time round..thought maybe it was a bad day.. it doesn’t take much to smile and greet your customers politely, instead of being made to feel a nuisance. It’s a shame because your food is amazing.. my husband and I are easy going people we are not rude or demanding..we won’t be back..

Everything was going well. Food turned up on time and was delicious, until my 3 year old pulled out a piece of metal wire from his mouth which they admitted was from the metal wired cleaning brush they use. The piece was hidden amongst one of the stir fried noodle dishes we had ordered. Eat with caution! Completely unacceptable and inexcusable as this could have gone horribly wrong if my son had accidentally swallowed it. Thank god he didn’t. We asked for our bill to be 100% waived but they offered 20% off, offered 3 free desserts and 3 OJs. Clearly not sorry enough for making such a potentially disastrous mistake. Not going back.

The black truffle xiao long pau is good. I have not tried the rest of the menu apart from their noodles and xlps. Price wise is great. The best Asian restaurant in fountain gate is this place. Paparich comes in close.
