Quality of the pizza at this store has been extremely poor and I cant believe how these pizzas are given the OK to come off the oven.Charging now $19 a pizza, you would expect at least reasonable toppings/cheese. Tried their Buffalo Chicken pizza and I wish i had read the other recent reviews because it is actually foul – the sauce is way too salty and had to be thrown out.

The work space was disgusting. All the ingredients were all mixed together and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The pizza I ordered was also very bad, the person making it did a very poor job of spreading the peperoni and 50% of the pizza was crust. I don’t understand out it was given the ok to serve. The customer service was good though and some of the workers were nice.

Dear owner, stop hiring children only crew also work on your resource management. I’ve no concerns or problem with your employees been teenage (happy for that), but in the event of a Sunday night, its definitely short staffed. Watching 3 kids rushing out pizzas that are below standard quality isnt the best for your store reputation either. Whats worst its that they gave away pizza because one customer wait for 30min and he ordered 3 pizza, while the rest of us waited for 40-50min for a single pizza gets an apology. Treat your customer equal if your compensation policy works like this…

Last time I ordered domino’s they madey pizza with cheese twice when we ordered without cheese. The last time it took over an hour to come because the made it with cheese the third time and had to remake it before they sent it out. This time the made my pizza with half cheese and sent it out. I am anaphylactic and could die if it eat dairy. I never leave reviews but it’s ridiculous the amount of times this has happened

Genuinely some of the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. We ordered 2 pizzas- both inedible. They offered to replace them and the alternatives are still inedible. They somehow manage to make their pizzas burnt and raw at the same time. Whatever you do- don’t order the buffalo chicken pizza. The sauce tastes beyond artificial and is so spicy it’s inedible. And I’m someone who regularly enjoys a vindaloo curry! I will never order from Zetlands dominos again.

I usually hate sending negative reviews as you can see from my past reviews, However there is nothing positive i can say about Zetland dominoes. I arrived with my son and the first impressions were not great the store was a mess, i then looked at all the different toppings they were so messy and disgusting!! they were all mixed and thrown everywhere, this really put us off our pizza but we were really hungry so we waited. The pizza took ages to come we had to chase it up 5 times!! whilst waiting the children working there would stare us up and down and laugh. My son felt very intimidated, we got our pizza and it was far from the dominoes standard as i picked up a slice everything completely slid off and the dough was super soggy, we couldn’t eat it. As we left one of the children delivery drivers thought it would be funny to swerve right behind us and zoom away. I was absolutely shocked, worst experience I’ve had in a long time!!.

There is a lot of variation in the pizza depending on the Domino’s franchise, but this one is one of the best! There are plenty of toppings and the taste is good. Never does it fail to deliver. Note: not all coupons are accepted, but the quality is much better than other Domino’s Pizza

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER from this store. I’ve had nothing but bad service over the course of the last 12 months they have messed up my order, been rude and seem to not care when you complain. Latest incident –> the deliver driver failed to bring everything in my order, then asked me to call the store for a refund only to be told by the store that we’ll have someone deliver the missed items with no one ever showing up…

I happened to order for pickup a Indian spicy peppy paneer on boxing day evening. It started to rain and did not check the pizza and came home to find that the pizza did not a single piece of paneer in it. Giving a customer something else from what’s on menu is as good as stealing money! Called the store and the manager says ‘Are you sure there is no paneer in it?’ Well, I would’t have called had I been given the product which was promised to me.
