The pizza I ordered arrived hot and fresh in the allotted time, and the delivery person was kind and competent. The cheese was gooey and completely melted, the sauce had a rich flavour, and the crust was pleasantly fluffy on the inside and flawlessly crispy on the outside. For the greatest delectable pizza, fast delivery, and exceptional quality, I heartily suggest Domino’s Pizza. They consistently go above and above my expectations, and I’ll definitely use them again. I visited the store tonight to collect the pizza, Found the Pizza not round and balanced and top lid of the box sticking into pizza, Complained about the Pizza to manager Sri – He was holding breath shaking and angirly tried to grab the pizza box off hands and said me refund you. I was expecting the manager will apologise and will offer me to make me another pizza instead. This happened at 09:10pm on 6th of April. All on the footage. Worst customer service i have seen so far.

Ordered chicken supreme. Where’s the chicken? Sent feedback, tried chats, tried calling at the time but couldn’t get through. How hard is it to get this rectified. First reported 16th September, website says 2 business days what a joke . Do you mean 2 years? There’s no way to contact these guys.

Ordered at the counter. Girl seemed like she’s rather be somewhere else. Got pizzas and went home. 2 out of 3 pizzas were wrong. Hardly any toppings on any of the 3. Worst domino’s ive ever been to.

This company does not display their pricing on the menu in store. When asked they said they are updating the menus. Well it’s been months now and no pricing still. It’s a little misleading to not know the price for a product you are ordering and to be told at the cash register, I will let you know the price when you order which item you like, with a queue of people behind you.

Domizza dizza point cook has to have the most flabbergastingly flavoursome value range deep pan pepperoni pizzas with extra pizza sauce out their fr. Vishay R also has to be one of the most commendable employees I’ve ever seen. He’s made a couple of my pizzaroonskies and they have left me completely and utterly discombobulated with quality and zing left on my buds. Also his service is great. Highly recommend

We had ordered 4 pizzas the other night and when we got home realised one was I correct. I called and advised the store what had happened and that I can’t come back again to pick up the correct one plus I was starving! The store manager was apologetic and assured me that he will get the pizza delivered within 10mins. He was not wrong. In under 10mins they got me a hot pizza!!! Great service. Thank you!!!

Their pizza’s burn because they underfill the pizza . Stingy, bad management, employees are teens on their first few jobs so there is no way this attitude of penny piching and cheating the customer over a few grams of ingredients (because they literally have a quota of weight in order to ensure ingredients cook in the standard oven temperature) comes from anywhere but the owners. Disgraceful behavior. If you notice custome pictures, everything at this store that goes through the pizza cooker is burnt . They’re taking advantage of people’s lack of choices.
