Missing items, poor customer service in resolving the issue, and this is what did arrive. Poor kids working there sound so stressed and understaffed. This place used to be the best, if previous reviews are correct, and picton is under new management, they need to pull their heads in, staff your shop correctly, put in place some quality controls and equip your people to resove issues that arise

Not really happy just didn’t taste the way it used to like normal. Somehow left bad taste in the mouth. The response section didn’t work after I left reviewe. So it was $36 pizza with extra white sauce that had no sauce and not the extra toppings we requested and the vege trio with extras didn’t have extras we paid for . Plus extra surcharges applied brought to a very expensive meal that wasn’t good at all.

I ordered pizza 3hours & 45minutes ago from your Picton NSW store. Despite calling the store twice, the second time escalating to the manager, I still have not received my order. This store has a real habit of poor customer service and delivery and they are not doing the Domino’s Australia name justice. I’ve had enough. When we place an order we expect it to turn up. If your stores don’t have enough staff or commonsense amongst their staff, then be honest and let the customer know that you can’t deliver on an order you’ve accepted. Now to find some dinner, at 10.33pm at night because we are starving.

Was a great spot for cheap pizzas for the family, for the most part we were very happy with quality and service but for what ever reason the wallet vouchers in the app are no longer accepted by the store, which leaves you with the specials that are $15-$20 more than what we could be paying. I have stopped ordering since no good vouchers work and have spent the extra money on Steve’s pizza in thirlmere.
