We just ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy garlic breed online. Reading previous reviews, we were a bit worried about the outcome. However, it turned out to be a great dinner after a long day. The delivery staff was also energetic and friendly. That was such an improvement. Well done!

I have ordered a few times with Domino’s but I have never had such issues with delivery and service. The passed 3 times I have ordered dominos from this store they have either forgotten items, delivery coming PAST longest time of arrival or the pizza are stone cold!!. I currently placed an order at exactly 7:30pm. It is now 9:57pm and I still haven’t recieved my order. I’ve tried to call but they keep saying oh it will another 30 minutes. This is honestly the worst store. I won’t be buying from dominos ever again till I see some changes.

Highly disappointed, found pieces of plastic in the pizza once probably the gloves that they wear. Called the manager, but no apologies no regret just pure bad customer service. will never go back

Horrible experience, took them 30 minutes to make 2 pizzas. Very disappointed in this, we were waiting for so long and the customer service was horrendous. They ignored people in the line and were too busy, and to add to my announce they dropped both my pizzas and tried to act slick putting it back. The employees didn’t help us with anything at all. Horrible please to go rather visit rosny than this, would not recommend to anyone. If you what a bad time this is the place for you.

3rd time had service this way terrible horrible pizzas 1st ordered pizzas looked at pizzas thought they followed my instructions extra cheese had a bite almost choked on that bite because the dough was doughy wasn’t cooked right through 2nd time pizza wasn’t great today went and ordered told the female please make sure pizza it’s cooked correctly and that there is cheese all over a pizza without cheese isn’t a pizza and that was in Newtown Hobart there were two young ladies the dark female thought she was lovely with service told her what I wanted explained to her please make sure there is cheese all over the dough order was ready opened my boxes pizzas b4 heading home in front of staff both pizza not enough cheese I showed them the younger female with ring piercings was lovely and apologised she straight away said to make another I said thank you. The one with dark skin that I thought she was great with her service I was wrong she said there is nothing wrong with pizza I said please if you can make another one she looked gave that awful look and rolled her eyes she had no respect for grown ups I asked for my money back the pizzas weren’t even backed right through again doughy I am never ever going to the Newtown Domino’s again. Waste of my time fuel money who ever is the owner of all Domino’s your staff not all most of them are not following your instructions. Most of these young staff need to show respect for their customers So far Newton Domino is the worst pizzas and service there. Only the girl that had lip piercing was very lovely with her service keep it up

Been waiting nearly a month for a refund got vegan pizza. Found meat on it. Not many other toppings said they were out but charged us 40 dollars for two 12 dollar pizzas. Still cent find a contact to speak to either rude staff walked off on me when I complained. Rolled their eyes disgusting behaviour. Could not of cared less. Charged me 40 for a piece of dough no sauce no toppings and meat when I ordered vegan.who is the person who to complain too.

Look this unprofessional illiterate staff. No food heath safety and hygiene of cleanliness. The same daugh mixer they use for making. And they put their shoes on it. Not acceptable at all. Staff was keep eating food in store not wash hand and same time pack your pizza. Very disappointed
