At Domino’s Pizza in Ingham we ordered online and went into the shop to pick the pizza’s when then order said it was ready. I went in and had to wait for for 4 minute’s to be told they will be starting to make the pizza’s in 10 mins. I’d never had that before at other Domino’s pizza shop’s so I was a bit taken back. Anyway about 30 minute’s after that it was ready. After all that it wasn’t like other Domino’s food we’ve had in other towns. Definitely don’t recommend Ingham Domino’s, order an hour early in Ingham if you want it.

I was being very reasonable and understanding to a new staff member over the phone, manager spoke to her staff and myself like a complete idiot even though I was reading the domino’s website deal to her. She refused to go read it for herself and kept telling me I was incorrect, all I tried to do was understand why there was a difference in price, there was 0 hostility from me, untill ofcourse she started firing! I’d rather heat up a woolies one then deal with these guys again. Enjoy

The most painful experience. Firstly I wanted to order 7 pizzas. I had to pay for the pizzas in separate lots because the cashier couldn’t work out how to add to the order. Secondly every part of the order eg. Crust type, size and pizza had to be repeated at least 5 times…. At least. Secondly, after a 10-15 minute order ordeal, I came back to collect and the order was wrong even though the cashier read the order back to me for confirmation. I figured this out in the car so went back to the store and waited in store for at least 5-10 minutes while I stood in clear sight of the 3 men having a chat in the back. Frustrated I left. As I left, a customer walked into the shop, I turned around and watched as someone came out to serve him straight away.
