We have been regular and loyal customers of Domino’s Ellenbrook for many years but in recent weeks we have seen a huge decline in taste, freshness and quality. Tonight was no exception. The mushrooms were so old as to be black in colour, the pizza was undercooked and the dough raw in places. We asked for no onion too but there was onion on it. Perhaps the very worst bit despite it being undercooked, was the huge amount of tomato concentrate used as the pizza sauce. It was so unbelievably revolting we actually felt sick and had to stop eating it. We are actually seriously worried about getting food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting. Please don’t risk your health – go elsewhere for your pizza.

This place is such a bad place my Grandparents and I wentthere to get takeaway for our dinner and as we arrived we did everything and waited 1hr and 5 minutes the staff were so rude the place was very dirty so were the staff as staff were picking there nose and touching the pizzas without gloves they yelled atmy Grandparents and I when it was time to get the pizza they tried to give us the wrong pizza and 10 minutes later they did not give us pizzas we had to get a refund. I’m sure the health department would be honnored to hear about how they were picking there noses and not using gloves and I saw some pizzas been packed and there were burnt we will never go to this place againg keep away if you want clean things

I made an order yesterday July 5th which took more than an hour, when I called, I got people who didn’t even care and they just tell you their system was not working, no apologies, no updates from them. Horrible customer service, there is a way to talk to customers especially if you know “your system is down” and me as your customer sounds frustrated and you’re in the wrong.

Appalling in house service, was not acknowledged by any 1 of the 4 staff in the store even after standing there for over 5 minutes! Very poor customer service skills. If I hadn’t already placed my order on my phone and been waiting for our food I would not have bothered ordering in store.

Very unprofessional, wasted my time and gas. I placed an order via phone and walked in about 5 mins prior the scheduled time. When it was time to deliver, they said their delivery dude already mistook my order for someone’s. Hence I should wait for 5mins to retrieve whatever, like I have all the time.

Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up, neither of them had much cheese on them, with some slices having next to none on them. It looked like the toppings had been thrown on by someone with their eyes closed! When I complained they did not care and did nothing. Won’t be buying from them again.
