I’m a pure VEGETARIAN and ordered Peppy Paneer, this domino’s store gave me Indie Chicken instead. Unknowingly I ate a couple of pieces as I couldn’t see any chicken pieces in those earlier and luckily next slice I saw a big chicken piece on there and immediately doubted and checked rest of the slices and all of them has small chicken pieces at the bottom under the cheese. So, I went to the manager (Mitch) to tell about this matter and very worst response from his side saying that, “we were very busy today so sorry that this happened”. Seriously?? They don’t even understand it’s not a mistake it’s an offence to unknowingly make a vegetarian/vegan person eat meat. I hope that Dominos remembers the world famous case of Mc Donald’s VS a vegetarian man happened years ago!

Ordered pizzas and they were not delivered at all , they obviously delivered to the wrong address which is strange as I order through them a lot. I contacted the shop and they assured me that the pizzas were delivered and I replied back saying I would know if pizzas had been delivered to my place. They do not want to help and they were pre-paid for as well, so I lost my money Not happy at all as this is disgusting customer service.

me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza and after an hour waiting, we found out that the pizza was delivered to the wrong address, he drove to Dominos in coolangatta and NOTHING was done, they didn’t refund and much less gave a new pizza, it’s a disgrace with us as customers, you should feel ashamed for not being willing to solve the problem, after all it was your mistake, we hope that something will be done, after all we paid and did not receive our order, FRUSTRATING

i’m not a fan of pizza really but on the occasion when i’ve taken the east option and just gotten pizza for dinner , this store has surprised me by making a half decent pizza, good value and the option of the $3 kids pizzas is ideal for our situation when i just don’t want pizza myself however a few more flavour options wouldn’t hurt and neither would a bit more toppings on the actual pizza cos 6 slices of pepperoni doesn’t even really cut it for a tiny pepperoni pizza , it still only gives 1 and a half slices of pepperoni per slice of pizza !
