I.T. systems poor.Terrible website for ordering. Chunky, doesn’t screen back to add items. Tap and pay facility for delivery drivers often drops out. Out of frustration, I drove in to pick up order.. HOWEVER, the young staff were lovely, attentive, polite and calm under pressure – to be commended.. and my gluten-free, vegan pizza was absolutely delicious! and well-worth the wait.

Placed order at 6pm. Phoned the store to check on progress at 7pm as the site had said that it had been ready in store for a while. Person that answered the phone was quite rude and seemed like they had no idea. Got told it had just come out of the oven and will be 15 minutes.

very poor customer service. poor greeting with no manners and felt like it was a hassle to order a pizza. have waited 3.5 hours for a delivery and got sass everytime I called to ask where the pizza was. Bradless pizza might cost a bit more but much better service and quality

It’s like whoever manages this store trains the employees to use half as many ingredients as other stores, leave off toppings entirely, and also not cook the pizzas for as long in an attempt to save as much money as possible. Over the past few years I’ve reluctantly bought pizza here a few times times when I just wanted something quick and easy, and it’s always absolutely terrible. Domino’s once had a special where you could buy a pizza with 4 toppings of your choice, and from the 4 toppings I ordered, the 2 meats that I had chosen were completely absent, which I only discovered once I got home. Today we bought two pizzas, and the tomato sauce was applied very thinly in a spiral with huge sauceless gaps everywhere as shown in the photo. Literally half the pizza had no sauce whatsoever (I pulled up the cheese to double check), and the parts that had any at all barely even registered on my tastebuds. I would have been happier having a slice of bread for dinner. You should be ashamed of yourselves. One star for consistency. Consistently bad.

Went to order a pizza on Sunday 17th April 2022 at1.30pm and was served by Cody who was polite and well presented. The other fellow working on this shift was sleeping on the food preparation benches boots and all as seen in the picture. Tried to contact domino’s feedback online and also left two phone messages to avoid putting this online and have had no response. Great satisfaction guaranteed.

I ordered at 7:20pm, my estimated delivery time was 7:45-8:00pm. It’s now 8:25pm at night and I’ve just gotten a message saying that my estimated delivery changed to 8:30-8:45pm. I called the store and asked what the hold up is and how they can help me for the inconvenience and I was met with a rude staff member who said that it would be there when it’s at the front door. I was taken back with the rudeness and the lack of professionalism, will not be coming back. Absolutely disgusting
