You guys need to fix your trading hours I notice you open all day then the moment I go to call and place an order for dinner yous never answer I’ve even drive past and yous have been shut early on multiple occasions I’ve been trying to call since 5:20pm it’s now 5.45pm I’ve been trying to order dinner for over 3 weeks only for yous not to answer and to be closed when your trading hours say shut at 8.00pm?. It’s a really big inconvenience when you are set to order dinner from you then have to find somewhere else or go into the shops to try and find something last minute this is ridiculous and such a shame because you actually have really nice food.

Was waiting for over 2 hours for my order. I called the store and spoke with a women who said my order is ready packed and waiting. She’s was just waiting for a driver to pick it up he’ll be about 10 minutes. This was about an hour and 45 minutes since I placed the order. I asked her how long my food has been ready for then she said it’s not ready it’s just ready now.

For the past two years Have been relying on food from Dee-licious Kebabs whenever I’m too exhausted to prepare a home cooked meal or just when I feel like a delicious treat. The kebabs are always generously filled. The gozleme is so delicious. The pizzas are great too. They deliver the food themselves, it’s always neatly packaged and arrived piping hot. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants good quality and fast n efficient service. The deliver guys have always been pleasant too. Will miss this place now that we are moving away!!

I have been a customer of this shop since around the end of 2017. usually it gives good food. However, sometimes, the pizza it delivers is not fresh and not good. Mostly, the delivery times are good. However, today, I ordered at 1:41pm and now it is 5:20pm and it still has not been delivered. I have called the shop and now they are postponing the delivery to 5:30pm. I ordered over 3.5 hours ago and my order still is not delivered.

I ordered pizza. Pizza was not cooked properly. Got very bad food poisoning . I was up all night vomiting and got blood in vomitting. Got stomach infection. I was referred to emergency . Called the ambulance. Now i am here in emergency posting this review. I was about to die . I will never order from them again. It was the worst experinece of my life. Thank God i survived somehow.

Worst experience with the delivery order. Restaurant took over an hour to deliver our order, and told us that it was our fault that the mobile number was wrong (order confirmation was correct), and said to us that they could not find the address as the odd-numbered house was not located between the even numbers (i..e number 3 being between number 2 and 4).
