Wow wow wow from the DIY to the actual food! My goodness!! Located in Garden City next to the TimeZone my husband and I enjoyed the Delicious hotpot. You have the option of soup or stir-fry and you can choose your own ingredients. Collecting a white bowl and a pair of tongs you make your way to the station to select your meat, veg, noodles, seafood. They have quite a selection of food to pick from. We both got the original broth (non spicy) we truly wanted to try the broth. It was divine. We’ve had many broth and this one takes the cake. Adding David’s special chilli powder to the broth really gives you the perfect balance of spice and heat. The portions are huge. Keep in mind It is weigh and pay. For 2 massive bowls we paid a total of $50.

Delicious malatang. The toppings are fresh and there is a sauce bar. I like the soup because it’s light. It’s located inside Garden City, so it’s very convenient.

Definitely my to-go to place for hotpot! Affordable price, can assemble your dish how you want adding as little or as much as you’d like, and good selection of veges, meats, and seafood options! Staff are always friendly, minimal wait time on receiving your food, and they have a condiments table with staple ingredients to add to your dish or make a dipping sauce!

We just had a very nice lunch today. Plenty of varieties to choose from, very clean, quick service, the staff is friendly and polite, and the food arrived are just like you expected it. No missing items from what you’ve chosen. Highly recommend it. Definitely we’ll come back

Went here yesterday 14th of May 2023. Cost me 65$ for 2 bowls of noodles and we asked for no spice. Got given our food and it was too spicy to eat. Took it back and asked for a refund. One lady said yes. The next said no so they put the noodles in a strainer. Washed it off with water and heated it back up. By this point everything was too soggy and the spice was still in the noodles. Worst experience and biggest waste of money. Would never return and would never recommand anyone to go there.

Customer service is horrible. The boy staff is rude. We were so close to cancel our orders. I am also working in hospitality so I just tried to be understandable maybe he was forced to work there today? I don’t know ♀️ it seems like he doesn’t want to be there. Definitely need staff training about customer service. That’s very important in hospitality. The first impression matters in hospitality.

Perfect for just a quick meal. I find all produce is fresh. Staff are always friendly. Sometimes hard to get a seat because it’s busy, chairs are just stools but they do take out if the chairs are a bit too low or not accessible enough.
