We have called to make reservations and have been told that this is Balkan Grill, and that They are associated with original Balkan Grill St Albans and Reservoir just to let everyone know This is fake Balkan Grill, they have stolen the name. When I asked owner he said that google made a mistake and clearly on the entry said DD’s Balkan Grilled. Wow. Very disappointing.

Food well below average. Kevapi dry and minimal amount of cabbage and onion. Bread was stale and service was rude. Went with my elderly mother and they spoke very poorly to her handing her the menu and implying thats she wont be able to read it because she is old. When mum was slowly walking in with her walker the manager laughed and said ‘look shes keen running in the restarant’ . Owners of the store need to up there customer service and quality of food big time. Saw him also bare handling the meat and chopping it holding it up in the air instead of a chopping board and gloves. Never going on there again. Dont know how they stay open

Not happy at all , Always been a customer here , last time we were served by the owner of the shop she kindly made us a cevapi Roll which was always on our menu . Today we called at 6:30pm to be advised that the worker didn’t understand what I was talking about in a rude manner and she had to ask her colleague if they make cevapi roll and she came back to be stating we don’t have bread Roll ? I just wanna justify how can you run a Balkan restaurant without bread .
