Drove from High Wycombe to pick up our order, as delivery wasn’t available. We usually get our Crust from Victoria Park. Very disappointed with Midland as the toppings were very limited

Inedible. Ordered two pastas, a spaghetti bolognaise and a carbonara. The pasta was so over cooked and watery. (I’m guessing it’s been frozen prior) The sauces had way too much garlic and weird chunks of tomato in them. It was worse than something a hungover 19 year would cook out of desperation.

Order from start to finish was well over 90mins, called after an hour of nothing and was told hurriedly the order was ‘2 mins away’, it wasn’t – it was approx another 30 mins and the pizza was cold as was the burnt garlic bread.

Ordered 3 pizzas online with an approximate 60 minute wait. Called after 90 minutes and apparently the order had been lost in their system. Was offered to have the order done in their regular order time and would take a further 45 minutes. No apology or offer to make my order quickly nor any compensation. Very disappointing, will not use again as this is not the first time.

Definitely the worst pizza in the area. Ordered a margerita pizza and it was delivered all dry and not like the picture. Lacked sauce and cheese and it was like eating cardboard.
